Delivery

UK Delivery is £4.00 and free for orders over £60. All orders are delivered through Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are typically dispatched within 2 working days.

All of our packaging materials except for our postal labels are fully recyclable, biodegradable, and plastic-free.

Unfortunately we currently only deliver to the UK, but please let us know if you're interested in ordering internationally and we can work on expanding our delivery service if the demand exists.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

If you'd like to return your order, you can do so through your customer account or by contacting us at shop@niasinteriors.com.

If your items arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) and we will resolve the issue as soon as we can. 

For change-of-mind returns, returned items must be in their original condition.

Return postage is at customer expense, but original postage cost will be refunded if applicable (this is a UK consumer right!).

We recommend using a tracked postal service as we can't refund you if we don't receive your return.

We'll let you know once we’ve received your return, and your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
